Refund Policy

We reserve the right to decline treatment in accordance with the Veterinary Surgery (Exceptions) Order 2015.

Appointments
Please notify us if your dog has experienced diarrhoea or vomiting within 48 hours prior to the appointment, had an epileptic seizure within the last two weeks*, has an open wound, or is a female in season, as treatment may not be in their best interest. We may need to adjust or reschedule the appointment to ensure your pet’s health and safety. If, upon arrival, we assess that treatment is not suitable, we reserve the right to decline treatment in accordance with the Veterinary Surgery (Exceptions) Order 2015.

Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: No charge.

• 12-48 hours notice (without a medical reason): 50% charge applies.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows (without a medical reason): Full charge applies.
