Contradictions of massage mean patients with these conditions will not be able to be treated until conditions are repaired if possible. These are listed below.

• Acute Injury 

• Wounds 

• High Temperature 

• Infection 

• Fractures 

• Inflammation (Acute) 

• Tumors 

• Skin Conditions

Some patients we will massage with caution for our own safety and the patients. 

These are listed below.

 

• Nervous/ Fearful Dogs 

• Pregnant Dogs 

• Dogs with known Aggressive Tendencies
